Measured Survey – After you pay a deposit for the required service, we carry out a measured survey of your site. This involves taking exact measurements of your property to create the existing & proposed floor plans and elevations. The survey takes approximately 2-3 hours (dependant on size of project).
Existing floor plans & elevations plans are completed – These drawings show what your house currently looks like. These take approx. 5 working days.
Proposed floor plans and elevations are completed – These drawings will show what your project will look like. It takes approx. 5 working days to complete.
Proposed floor and elevation drawings completed – these drawings will show what your project will look like. Takes approx. 5 working days including submission of application to council
Planning application submitted to local council – we expect a decision within 8 weeks. Once we received planning approval we can move onto your building regulation drawings for building control application.
Planning application is then submitted to the Local Council – We expect a decision within 8 weeks.
Building regulation drawings completed – Once planning permission is granted; we progress to building regulation drawings. Specialist information may be required, eg Structural Calculations, Acoustic Design, SAP Calculations etc.
Application to local council – We will submit either a building notice or full plans submission application. We can expect a decision with 2-3 weeks depending on the project.
